The HIP Squad are a local independent company run and owned by a board of qualified Domestic Energy Assessors.

We specialise in providing EPCs for the residential market both sales and rental, and provide HIPs for the sales market. We are based and currently operate in South and Central Manchester with vast local knowledge of housing stocks and building practices.

We believe our ‘hands on’ approach to the running of our company gives our clients the personal and professional service that can only be really achieved by employing a local company with a local knowledge who have a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and value for money at all times.

All our assessors are fully qualified and accredited with the HM Government approved professional bodies and all have undergone CRB checks before being granted their licence and being employed by us.

All employees are also fully insured to carry out the inspections.
